This website, run by Antigravity Alliance, Inc., presents AllyOS, Connect, ARIA, GEAR, Pay and related services. It is for information. Nothing on it is a binding offer; contracts for our software or services are made separately, in writing.
2. Prices and features
Prices are shown in US dollars, are indicative and may change before launch. Features marked "coming", "roadmap" or "page coming" are planned, not yet available. Sample data in the demonstrations (schools, riders, bookings, stock, weather) is illustrative unless stated otherwise.
3. Weather and spot information
Wind, weather and forecast figures are modelled and may be wrong. They are not a safety assessment. Always check local conditions and use your own judgement before going on the water.
4. Contact form
Please send only accurate information and nothing unlawful. We may ignore or delete abusive or automated messages.
5. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, logos and code are owned by Antigravity Alliance, Inc. or its licensors. You may view and share links to it; you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and are shown with their permission or to describe compatibility.
6. Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but provide it as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
